Over 1,400 youths have signed up for PALS. On average there will be 25 to 30 young people at the center participating in athletics, computer games, table tennis, pool, arts and crafts and board games. Volunteers and Officers oversee the activities and participate with the children in some of the events. The children are fun and the work very rewarding for the volunteers and Officers. The volunteers and Officers are able to give the benefit of their experience to the young people.

There is a constant need for new volunteers. If you have as little as one hour a week to spend at the center, we will be happy to welcome you into our needed efforts.  If you have a special skill such as teaching, sports ability, art, music, etc., this would be a perfect way to share those skills with our PALS kids.
